The challenge
Three very different users — call-center agents, the general public, and technicians working in the field — on one business-critical system that had to integrate with the client's existing SAP estate. Field technicians could not depend on connectivity.
My approach
I owned architecture and technical delivery, leading a five-person scrum team. The surfaces were built in React over a NestJS and Apollo GraphQL backend on Azure, with the technician experience delivered as a progressive web app, and SAP integration coordinated across the client's systems.
Outcome
A business-critical ERP serving B2B and B2C use cases shipped to production, including the technician PWA and the SAP integration.
Delivery highlights
- Led architecture and technical delivery for a five-person scrum team
- Implemented frontend and backend capabilities on Azure with Apollo GraphQL
- Coordinated SAP integration and shipped a progressive web app to production
