The challenge
Several teams shipping into one product on independent release cycles, with an audience of primary school children for whom a broken interaction is a lost lesson. Microfrontend composition made autonomy possible but made integration and regression risk the central problem.
My approach
I contributed frontend capabilities in React, TypeScript, and RxJS, with automated Cypress UI testing across the composed application rather than only within individual microfrontends. Backend and cloud-connected features were supported across Node.js and Flask services on AWS.
Outcome
Reliable frontend integration and iterative delivery within an eight-person scrum team, with UI regressions caught by automation before reaching classrooms.
Delivery highlights
- Delivered features into a microfrontend-based educational product
- Applied automated UI testing across a multi-service stack
- Supported backend and cloud-connected features alongside frontend work
