Strength Coaching Platform
My own R&D product: an AI-assisted strength coaching platform replacing the shared spreadsheets coaches and athletes pass back and forth, and the proving ground for my end-to-end multicloud delivery stack.

The challenge
Coaches and athletes coordinate training through shared Excel sheets — no history, no structure, no feedback loop. Building the replacement also had to serve a second purpose: validating a complete multicloud delivery stack end to end, on my own time and risk rather than a client's.
My approach
A React and Vite PWA plus a React Native and Expo mobile app, over NestJS microservices on GCP with Pub/Sub messaging, provisioned with Terraform, authenticated with Auth0, and delivered through CircleCI — all in a single Nx monorepo. LLM-assisted coaching workflows are prototyped alongside the program design and athlete tracking surfaces.
Outcome
An in-progress product and a validated reference architecture. Every technique used here — the monorepo layout, the Terraform modules, the CI pipeline shape — is available to client work already proven.
